Fair Processing Statement

You can use Your Edinburgh without registering for an account. We request personal information from you on registration to enable you to add records about services, events and organisations to Your Edinburgh. Your information will be used to manage your account.

Data is shared with Open Objects in their role as data processor. Open Objects will not view client data or digital assets except as necessary on a need to know basis in the course of development or support.

We will not use your data for any other reason except to use the email you have supplied on registration to contact you to request you keep your record(s) up to date.

Accounts with no attached records are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. 

You can request that your account is deleted from Your Edinburgh by contacting youredinburgh@edinburgh.gov.uk
